3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., Twilio for telephony, OpenAI for AI-assisted features, hosting providers, analytics providers, and payment processors).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including HTTPS, encrypted credentials at rest, role-based access controls, and HMAC-signed partner API requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call records, recordings, and transcripts may be retained according to your organization's configured policy.
